Security Training
A+R Tactics deeply appreciates the dedication and commitment security teams for schools, churches, banks, and other institutions demonstrate in continually honing their skills. The importance of consistent training lies in its ability to provide a realistic context for practicing tactical skills, decision-making, and teamwork under stress.
For safety teams, whose primary responsibility is to protect and secure the well-being of patrons, this type of immersive training is invaluable. It helps teams recognize and respond effectively to a range of threats, from active shooter scenarios to other emergency situations, ensuring they are prepared to act when it matters most
Force-on-Force Training
At A+R Tactics, our force-on-force training program is designed to equip security teams with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to effectively respond to hostile events. Continuous training is crucial to maintaining a high level of preparedness, and under the expert guidance of Altonio Rivers, security teams will train to meet the highest standards. Altonio, a former United States Marine and veteran law enforcement officer with over 18 years of service at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department, held critical roles including SWAT team member and FBI Human Trafficking Taskforce detective.
